I've been here about 1 month and I promised myself I'd write a review after I moved in, so here goes.

I just moved from an apartment in San Diego, so I'm getting used to Denver, but the location is the best part. I chose this place because I work in the tech center, and I heard traffic was bad during rush hour. It only takes me a few minutes to get to work, but I can get downtown in about 10, and to the mall in 10. Have only filled my tank twice since I moved here.

I had one maintenance request right when I moved in, and Michael got me fixed up about an hour after I called (garbage disposal wasn't working). Everything else seemed newer and in good shape. The place is definitely well taken care of.

On the negative side, somebody kept parking in my parking spot after I moved in, but I think they finally realized someone lives here now. I was able to find a visitor spot when I had to. Also, MOST people are working professionals here, but there are a few night owls who don't seem to realize that the pool closes at night, and people are trying to SLEEP! There have been some drunks partying out there at 1 a.m. a couple of times. Management doesn't seem to be able to stop them, but I think the patrol officer finally caught up to the last crew. One other negative comment, but no one seems to be enforcing the pet rules, either. I don't really know what the problem is with cleaning up after your dog, but apparently it's too much to ask of some people. The grounds are well kept, but beware the dog S#%* land mines! I know maintenance works hard, but that could be improved.

The gym has its challenges, but it's pretty decent for a quick workout, and the pool is nice but not worth it on the weekends (too crowded). Haven't used the business center or internet, but nice to have just in case.

The office girl (Sarah') was nice, and easy to deal with on my lease and such. All in all, I'm happy with it.
