I've been living here for about a month and like a previous reviewer I also relocated from out of state and work in the Tech Center. The location is perfect!

I used this website when looking for places to live which is why I wanted to write a review. My apartment is a one bedroom on the second floor and in great shape, they even put in new carpeting prior to me moving in. The leasing office was very helpful and organized. I haven't used the workout room yet or the pool so I can't speak to those. Maintenance has responded quickly when I had an issue (i.e. I came home at lunch and my key got stuck in the lock, I went to the leasing office and maintenance was at my door in a matter of minutes got my key out, replaced my lock and gave me a new set of keys within the 1/2 hour). Parking has not been an issue; everyone has a designated spot and I also have a garage which I would recommed if you have stuff to store as there is not a storage spot on site. All the applicances seem newer and in good shape. The one downfall is that the walls are thin; I can hear the neighbors when they are loud on either side (luckily for me that is not too often)and sound does travel up through the fireplace.

I would recommend Arabella to anyone looking for an aforable place in the Tech Center.
