As you will read in other reviews, this place is very loud. We are on a lower level apt and hear everyone coming and going up and down the stairs. It sounds like thunder. The people that live over us keep us up all night walking around, and then they drop their cigarette butts on our patio and grass area regularily. People do not pick up after their dogs despite numerous reminders from management. I am a dog owner and I always pick up other people's dogs poop, worrying someone will think it's my dogs. BEWARE of the grounds crew. Yes, the might be nice, but I have caught that MICHAEL watching me dress through a window from the back sidewalk that runs through the middle of the complex. CLOSE YOUR BLINDS! The people that have enjoyed their stay here must be hard of hearing and don't notice the poop and cigarette butts under their feet. And what's the deal with the pool over the winter'' How about updating the washers and dryers'''' Last, poorly insulated. Cold air poors in from the cracks of all of our doors and windows. Very hard to keep warm.

To the above.
Actually, no, my hearing is fine. I live on the third floor. I do try to keep it quiet as well, and I get along with my neighboor just fine across the hall. There is (I think) someone that lives below me.
1.) Quiet hours are between 10pm and 6am. I work nights, so Im not home during those hours.
2.) If the neighboors are loud during normal quiet hours, then you do have the option of calling
the police, or filing a claim with management.
3.) It's an apartment complex. It's not a private home or condo. Things can be loud sometimes. That's the way
complexes are. I don't expect it to be perfect, just rational/good relationships with my neigboors.
4.) If someone is peering in your window, you need to talk to management or call the police. That's voyerism. Not
exactly legal. Of couse keeping your own privacy is your responsiblity as well.
Overall, since you just responded to my other post with a 'you work here or are deaf',
I'm far from it. If you want to talk/chat/flame me/address my questions, you can email me at

I agree with this post. Its loud very loud! To the person who responded obviously being on the 3rd floor you hear less, try living on the first floor and you would see that you hear EVERYTHING! I too have the same problem with cigarette droppings and have stepped in poop before. The management is nice but they really don't do much about the noise. Its a problem with the way these were built, cheap and poorly insulated.
