We currently live in the Araphoe Club Apartments in Denver, Colorado.
When we initially moved in we liked it. Unfortunately that changed as we got to know the office staff. They are extremely rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. Not only do they not return phone calls, but they treat their tenants like children when you go in to the office to talk with them.
The apartments are overpriced, the washer/dryer units are old and dirty, and the walls are paper thin.
We highly discourage anyone from living there.
