Nice Place

I moved to Arapahoe Club from a really nice house that was located in a really nice neighborhood, and expected to be disappointed in some ways when compareing the house to an apartment, but the apartment is very large and fits all my belongings quite nicely and the landscaping is well maintained. When it snowed recently, I was happily surprised to look out of my wondow to see all of the sidewalks free of snow, as there are lots of them along the whole property.
I have had a few maintenance requests and the office staff and maintenance has repaired the problem the same day in all instances.
Overall, I would say that living here has the comforts of a home but not all the responsibilities that a home would entail. I recommend it highly.
