Can't wait to be done with this place

This is a nice apartment if you just graduate from college and want somewhere to stay for a while before buying a house. Now 3 years later we are finally done with this place. I can't say this apartment is awful but nothing is awesome about it, either. It has poor construction quality and the double pane windows are cheap that our electricity/gas bill once ran up to 150$ in one mild winter even though the temp we set the thermometer to was 66 and we both work long hours 5 days a week so we don't actually stay home that much. Many little things need to be fixed here and there and if you want to be there when the outside contractors come in, it is almost impossible to get them fixed. The rent has gone up a couple hundred dollars over the past 2 years. Staff turnover is high. I never got to talk to the same person at the office every few month I needed to go to the office. The club house after hours is only available after paying them a $150 deposit and there is nothing there! Gym is basically one tiny room with a couple treadmills and one weight machine. No good for even 2 people in. There are unsupervised kids running around. Not to mention last time I came home and saw 3 cop cars in the parking lot in front of my building because some car/apartment was broken into. It definitely has gone downhill. I can't wait to be done with this place. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
