I have been at this location for several years and have enjoyed my apartment greatly. I am fortunate to have one of the large one bedrooms facing the Highline Canal and I love it.

There had been a management issue that has been taken care of by the owners as of January 2006.

Things are coming back together with a responsive and pleasant onsite manager - Bernice.

You may want to try again. The location is quiet, easy access to the highway, tech center.
