so far i have lived in this apartment complex twice. I liked it and so moved there the 2nd time in 2006 september after a gap of 6 yrs. i moved out after making sure i cleaned up the apartment including steam cleaning the carpet and even asked management to come check it up. also i offered to clean up anything that they found that has to be taken care of by me. They called me a few days later and told me that everything was fine and that i will get my deposit back. A few weeks later i got a mail stating that I owed them $30 as they had to do a lot of patch up work and that they had to steam clean the apartment. also when i moved in, the guest bedroom closet smelled of cat urine and they infomred me that the previous owner did not have any pets. they did replace the carpet there though it did not help much. my microwave did not work and they took almost a month to fix it. i would not recommend this apartment in future.
