This apartment complex is going downhill.

We have lived here for 2 years. They have serious management problems. I don't remember how many times I see someone new at the management office. The repairs are done by outside contractors whoever offers the cheapest rate.
The main problem I have with this place is noise. The trash truck comes by at 7AM in the morning. Frequently people leave their moving truck blocking your car. This month I saw four move-outs already this month and this is a pretty small complex! It seems to be turning into low income housing recently. Parents here do not watch their kids in after-school hours. Young kids roam around doing whatever they want - biking, baseball hitting/catching, kicking soccer balls around, etc, or taking fuses off your A/C unit. To make things worse, young kids from the nearby Hunter's Run Apartments are playing on this side. The apartment ground is not big enough. I wish rather the parents would take the responsibility to take these kids to a park nearby before they cause some real damage. Sending complaints to the management office doesn't seem to do a thing!
