The members of the office staff are very unhelpful. If you should ever have a question about anything they become defensive and are unwilling to helpresolve issues. The parking is horrible. I had to park illegally several times because there were no spots available. The electic bills are outragious! My roommate and I were paying over $150.00 per month for a two bedroom. With that price you would have thought that we had the heat on above 80 degrees, but we never had it about 70!
Also, don't expect to get much of your deposit back because they take money out for normal wear and tear and cleaning even after you scrub the place down.
