ASBURY PLAZA HAS GREAT AFFORDABLE RATES, HOWEVER THE PEOPLE THAT LIVE THERE ARE NOT VERY CLEAN. THEY DO HAVE A LOT OF PEST PROBLEMS THAT THEY DO NOT TAKE CARE OF.THE GROUND WORKERS ARE GREAT AND DO THE BEST TO KEEP THE PEOPLE HAPPY.THE APARTMENTS ARE SPACIOUS BUT OLD AND NOT WELL MAINTAINED.IF YOU DON'T MIND LIVING THIS WAY ASBURY PLAZA IS THE BEST PLACE TO BE.
