I have been here 5 months and am looking for a place to move. The management is non-existent if you don't agree with everything they say or do. I have doors faling off the hinges because they were put in with nails not screws, I have a hole in my ceiling that leaks when my upstairs neighbor takes a shower, I have a busted dishwasher, a front door that barely locks, a hole under my sink the size of a cat and when I complain to management I get "We'll get to it". I beleive this is because I stood up for my rights as a tenant and sice then management has taken the childish approach of "We'll do nothing until she kisses our a**." I would suggest that you live anywhere but here. I've seen better maintained hotel rooms on East Colfax. The building is over 30 years old and it shows it.
