Deane Johnson is the new landlady, and I use the term "lady" with tongue-in-cheek. She has decapitated the beautiful bushes that once provided us with much needed community privacy. She refuses to fix broken steps, requires the cats to be on leashes, requires excessive deposits, raises the rent on long-time occupants by hundreds of dollars, doesn}t allow more than two visitors in the pool area, hates families, rude on the phone, etc......all this, and wonders why she can}t rent out the vacancies she already has. Horrible person, no one that I have spoken with will be renewing their lease.



Someone might think she is trying to run all of us out. To the dog pound with her, this place was once the jewell of South-Central Denver, now it is the scourge of the Metro area.
