I Have lived here approx 9 months now. I feel the units are fairly small. theres not much storage (yes, I know i accepted that when i moved in). I have had many instances where I cant seem to get rid of ants anywhere that is tiled, (kitchen/bathroom). Ive had my roof leak in many places near the end of winter and im on the first floor. When i called maintenance, they came and drilled a larger hole to let it drain, NOTHING ELSE. It was never fixed and theres wet spots/stains all over the ceiling. The parking lots are horribly maintained with pot holes, extreme water puddles etc. (winter is worse).
Positives - They've changed management, ( I havent really had the chance to experience anything in the office since then) Outside of the place is decent looking. Neighbors are great. Security deposit was cheap. Laundry Hook Ups. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
