I Have lived here approx 9 months now.

I feel the units are fairly small.

theres not much storage (yes, I know i accepted that when i moved in).

I have had many instances where I cant seem to get rid of ants anywhere that is tiled, (kitchen/bathroom).

Ive had my roof leak in many places near the end of winter and im on the first floor.

When i called maintenance, they came and drilled a larger hole to let it drain, NOTHING ELSE.

It was never fixed and theres wet spots/stains all over the ceiling.

The parking lots are horribly maintained with pot holes, extreme water puddles etc.

(winter is worse).

Positives - They've changed management, ( I havent really had the chance to experience anything in the office since then) Outside of the place is decent looking.

Neighbors are great.

Security deposit was cheap.

Laundry Hook Ups.
