Baker Tower Apartments

I can't wait to get out From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/6/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   Although the management wouldn't prorate my rent a cent for this month, I am signing a new lease tomorrow, and paying double rent this month for a new place so I don't have to stay another day here. Very shady characters are roaming around outside trying to gain access at all times. Management is not around to deal with these issues, and the after-hours message center redirects tenants to the police rather than offering assistance. I do not feel safe here, and I agree with the comments other reviewers wrote about the obtrusive smells that waft through the building, as well as sounds and loud voices that i don't want to hear. Location is unbeatable, but not worth risking your life or safety.
