Why are there so many ---- roaches in this building... are there dead bodies in the basement, is there trash in the hallways, why can't the overly large manager make sure that there are not large black/brown ---- roaches on my door step every night when I come home...

This place really is gross, I've complained several times and just got the run around by the office staff... they are pretty much useless and headed by the "biggest" (and I mean really big) loud mouth that I have ever heard in my life...

Take my advice do not move into this dump... I am going to move when my lease is up... or try to break it or something... I think living on the streets would be better than living here...

STAY AWAY!!!

A little exaggerated, don't you think? The place isn't the Ritz, but it isn't what you portray either. Go back to the sterile subburbs where you came from. No prima-donna, drama-queens like you will ever like this building.

I have lived here for a year and i have yet to see so much as an ant. If these people have problems it becuase of their own sanitary habits.... Roachs just dont appear! And while this is not the Ritz it is not slum housing. It is good part of downtown next to a five star hotel the area is clean.

Are these opinions valid. NO! These reviews will never even matter to anyone. People all make their own choices when they go to tour the building. All the reviewers are wasting their time.
