When we first moved in we were getting a great deal. We made friends with some of our neighbors and everything seemed fine. Then in the last few months, we started getting harassed by the mgmt. about our pets, as there are many that are not respectful of others and cannot pick up their dog's waste. In addition, the people that they allow in are trashy! They have garbage on their patios and stare you down when you walk by. The people downstairs had their car broken into. The girl across the hall just had her motorcycle stolen and our whole building is pretty much vacant due to the mis-management of the complex (not to mention the extreme rent raising that has occured to all, who pay rent on time!)

The user who commented above, ----------, is the manager, NOT "just a resident", I think that rijght there shows the level of dishonesty managment posseses. I have lived here for about a year and have seen MAJOR favoritsm on her party, if she likes you your golden, if she doesn't know you, you get screwed along wth eveyone else. The biggest thing that upset me was this winter during the storms. This apartment complex refuses to shovel or plow WHILE it's snowing, so of course there was build up, we all understand that there was problems everywhere BUT it took a WEEK for them to start clearing off the snow, and then most of it got packed down, the sidewalks went unshoveld for 3 weeks, and the community roads weren't decent until the spring fall. AFTER all ths we got a snotty letter from managment, saying that "it was unforseen weather" and "it was bad for everyone" then they actually procedded to say "sadly there are tenants who can't seem to understand this and still feel the need to complain, No concession will be offered for your inconvinice" I was appauled by the audacity of a Managment company who was SO in the wrong to not EVEN APOLOGIZES for it's poor behavior. I plan to move at the end of my lease, but as still live here I'd rather not give my name as to avoid reprocussion by management.

Haha! I love how ----- was stupid enough to try and pass as a resident. As a REAL former resident, I have to say I hated living there. The tenants they let in were FRIGHTENING! One of them was actually a psych patient who sat on her front porch and smoked all day long, and if she saw you, she'd run out and start spouting jibberish/harrassing you. Another tenant threatened me when I was walking to my mailbox, and when I asked managament about it, they said he also had "mental issues." Also, I had to phone the police several times for firecrackers being thrown in cars, teens egging cars (that lived there), twice for our cars being broken into, once for theft, too many times to count for noise disturbances...Ugh. Oh, and my favorite: if you had a problem, unless you called x1000 times, it was never resolved. And in terms of the winter problems, I remember that it was the tenants that actually busted out the shovels, not the complex. Management is another issue entirely, but as you can see from -----'s comments from above, she's deceitful and dumb, so you'd best steer clear.
