the staff are a wonderful bunch of people that you get to know personally not just someone who takes your rent. They actually care. Ive lived here for two years now and being a single girl ive had no problems with being safe. ive never encountered gangs or anything of that nature. my neighbors are very kind and respectful. ive never had a problem with noise or vandalism. As far as parking goes its quite ample and their are plenty of garages if you perfer. in the summertime yes kids can be noisy, but try to remember how we all were at five with a pool and toys, (i wasnt quiet about it either)... but ive never been kept up at night because of loud noise. The Maintenance is wonderful, my problems are always fixed the first time correctly. the area is beautiful with the bear valley park right across the street you can walk next to a river and let your kids play in the playground. the apartments themselves are very clean and new, ive never had a problem with bugs or anything else. oh yes did i mention i have a two bedroom two bath for 820 a month....with water and trash included.

yea im sure your part of the staff trying to make this place look good....then why when the monthly newsletters go out most of the time they mention everything you said but in a bad way.......if you see people vandalizing and writing gang signs on the property call the office etc
