I was told by the manager that this is a very quiet property, with mostly older tenants, few students, and no pets. That is exactly what I was looking for, and that is why I took the apartment. It turns out that none of it is true. If the managers want to cater to students, then they shouldn't lie about it to those of us who are more comfortable in quieter surroundings. I would never have moved in if management had been honest about the living situation.
