I am with the noisy guy, some of you people really need to learn a little tolerance or move to the burbs. I have lived at the Belmont-Buckingham for 5 years and I will be very sad to leave someday. These apartments are wonderful if you love old apartments with character. There are no 2 identical apartments in these buildings. I have lived in two different units here. By the way, most of the "kiddies" are gone and I am not one of them. I am a doctoral candidate who studies a lot, and I am not bothered. My complaints: 1. After the management change in 2000 rent went up and things weren't so great for a while. HOwever, all of that is fixed and rent is actually going down. 2. If you live here for a long time you must change aparments if you want the latest renovations. They don't bother when you are living there. 3. Sucks to not have a dishwasher or garbage disposal, but I am over it.
Overall this is a great place to live in a very safe neighborhood. The community porch is a wonderful place to BBQ and meet your friendly neighbors.
