Not unlike the other posters. I two am being forced to leave my apartment because of them wanting to remodel the place. This sounds great they pay for your moving fees and you get a new improved place even if you are paying way more.

So, I go look at the new place........New paint and some modern cabinets that, don't go with the look of the place. The girl from "management" points out the sink, and I say we have the same sink! She explains the handles have been changed. Oh, and new ugly light fixtures that don't match the style of the building.

Why not spend all that money on getting some dam dryers that work!

Oh, and don't forget if you live here you will calling the police at 2:30 in the morning because there is a party in the stairwell every dam night. That by the way management won't do anything about.

My advice skip this one. There are plenty of other wonderful vintage style apartments avalible in Denver!
