We have lived here for 3 years and never had a single problem until the HORRIBLE NEW MANAGEMENT! Suddenly there is constantly noise and construction, and dumpsters and porta-potties smelling up the entrance. Improvements' Certainly not. The beautiful hallways have been repainted to look like a hospital ward and the gorgeous ivy that covered the buildings has been ripped down. There are 4 washing machines for the entire building and one of them has been broken for over a month. "Management" is clueless and a joke. Initially we were sad we would be forced out at the end of our lease, but seeing the way things are now run, we are counting down the days until we leave. I LOVED this place...I would brag about it. Now I recommend that everyone stay as far away as you can.

Wow... thank you for posting. I moved to Denver in 2003 and was looking around the area for a place to live. I was immediately attracted to the BB apartments because they reminded me of some old buildings in Chicago, where I came from. Unfortunately the rent was too much for what I could afford at the time. In the past 4-5 years I've established myself in this city and am currently looking into moving somewhere a little nicer. I had always kept the BB apartments in mind, but now it sounds as though I should look elsewhere. I wish i could have gotten in on this place when it was run properly. Such a waste of a beautiful building. Thank you to all who posted... I could have made a very costly mistake.
