Absolutely the worst rental situation I have ever been in

I moved into my apartment at the BB in March. My problems with maintenance and the office staff began immediately. When I moved in, my apartments was filthy, with broken windows and blinds, incorrectly installed appliances, cracked plaster, cracked tiles etc. When my calls to the management office that day were finally answered, the management moron who came over tried to tell me that that my complaints weren't legitimate and I was simply being difficult. I had to call them again later that night when I discovered that they hadn't seen fit to give me keys to the external doors. It took over three months to fix some of the problems that I notified them of on my first day and they still haven't corrected all of them. I have told them repeatedly that they are not to come into my apartment without an appointment or me being there and yet they illegally enter all of the time to do things that should have been taken care of prior to me moving in. When you bring anything to the attention of the onsite management team (when they're there!) they are incredibly nasty and it often takes 3 weeks or more to have a simple repair made. I have never experienced anything like this in my life and am currently looking into ways to get out of my lease. DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS APPALLING APARTMENT COMPLEX.
Oh, and the amenities they claim to have on their website or when you sign your lease are in a building they HAVEN'T broken ground on yet.
