Wow, where do I begin....
The worse renting experience I have ever had. Some of the walls are paper thin. I could hear the actual conversations and everything in the apartment located next to mine. New management is a joke. When they are around, you still can never get a call back. Just one of many examples. While the apartment next to mine was being remodeled, the workers knocked out the power in my bedroom. It took several days for management to finally respond and send someone to restore my power. Also, for remodeling purposes, I received my order to vacate one week before Christmas What a nice group of people NOT!!!
And, snow removal, a very important factor, absolutely horrible!!!!!!!!!
This is A HORRIBLE place to live in the beautiful historic part of Denver, what a shame.
