wow, i just read all these horrid reviews and quite frankly don't know why ever one is so pissed at the managment. i moved into a newly refurnished apt and they nocked 200 dollars off the rent per month for the entire extension of the lease (in lew of the facility being under construction and some extras, like the gym, not being available r/t construction). Still, my roommate and I pay a really reasonable amount for rent (525 each) and we can have our pets here no problem. I think some past residents are very bitter about being made to leave their cheap apts due to the renovations and made to pay a standard rent. some of the new renovations could have been better (one of the blinds just wouldn't stay up, and the tile in the kitchen scratches too easily) but otherwise these places are NICE and I get nothing but compliments from friends (uh...you can afford to live HERE' is the main one.) these apts were ---- holes before they gutted them. they added nice art to the halls, and new rugs. and the cleaning staff does a wonderful job! and management always returns my phone calls. also, i sleep during the day because of my job and i only had trouble with construction noise a couple of times. and really, i knew what i was getting into when i moved in (so why all the bitching'). the only thing that i have noticed lately that is bothering me are the new residents. these people DO NOT clean up their dog ---- (and we have a beautiful lawn area, really rare for d/t denver), break things (like the doors, and all the nice art and mirrors in the halls) and SMOKE so our building reeks, and act like this place is a ------- college dorm. if i had any complaints at all about the management it would be to say that they did a really poor job of selecting the quality of the people they allowed to move into these beautifully renewed apts, and i wouldn;t be surprised if they are being slowly destroyed as i write this now. i am ashamed of my generation and how they are unable to take care and respect such a beautiful denver historical site.

Don't assume you know why everyone posted the way they did. That is very narrow-minded thinking on your part. You want to post your own opinion about your own experience, fine, however, don't make assumptions about everyone else's opinion and experiences. It's highly disrespectful and stupid. Your post says it all, and no one will give it any weight.
