I guess after reading the existing reviews, my situation is not much different. Bottom line, the managment doesn't know what they are doing. I moved into a filthy apartment which had no appliances until the night I moved in. MICHELLE, the onsite manager was 2 hours late to my lease signing and consistently helped other customers while I was trying to finish the signing. She was rude in most every way and made it apparent that they have no problem getting tenants, because I sure didn't feel special. Every apartment currently has no heat....it's February in colorado....and get a pissed off woman on the phone telling me to be patient. Construction never stops....which I was never told of in the first place. The elevator is broken, only half the washers in the entire apartment complex are broken....on and on and on....

I would NOT recommend living here, unless they switch management, I will leave as soon as my lease expires.

Everything said here is absolutely correct. In addition they???ve obviously spent a bunch of money on the remodel of the ???club room??? (which was suppose to be open 2 months ago) yet there are only 3 working washers & 4 working dryers for one HUGE building it costs $3 to get a load of towels dry because the dryers simply do not work well. (Not including the $1.50 wash) They spent money re-doing the floors in the laundry but are using the same old crappy dryers. Seems the function of these appliances should be a priority. It???s sad because it could be a nice place; I just think their priorities are skewed.

Really.. i think ppl who slam other ppl on a message board are disrespectful..! I have lived here at Belmont Buckingham for over 3 yrs and feel that Michelle has been the best manager the place has ever had.. and why would you keep washing your cloths and drying them here if you know hte washers "dont work"..? have told anyone...? How about pointing out how clean the laundry rooms are.. or How beautifully kept the hallways are..! Do you use the new ameneties..? or point how well kept the community is comapired to places on the block.. if your not happy please go.. I think you should take your own advice..! =)
