Managment is horrible!! They are decptive, ignore contracts. I live on the first floor, I had a window that didn't close, maintance took 3 days to fix it!!! WTF. Also the washing machines don't work. Most of them are broken with gray water that has been sitting for weeks. This place has the potential of being great with everything holding it back.
