This is by far the worst place I have ever lived in. It's a brand new building with many problems.

It has a hot water heater inside the unit that mysteriously starts up at all odd hours. It's very loud while heating water and the doors that are supposed to block out the sound are cheap metal. It runs for around half an hour when it does this. A really annoying loud sound. There are HUGE speed bumps in the parking lot that have been taking almost a week to remove. Nice to wake up to a ground splitting pounding sound @ 8am every day. It's so overpowering that you have to leave the house right away.

The construction is so cheap that I can hear everything going on around me. My neighbor sounds like King Kong walking around above me(even though she's a tiny little girl). My screen door is already broken and I can see multiple ones broken around the complex. Your neighbors are right on top of you and you can hear conversations word for word, when the windows are open. It's really aggravating when your neighbors are really loud at all odd hours of the day too. And they will be from slamming doors at 4am to partying 'till the sun comes up. There isn't a manager on duty to handle noise complaints either.

THERE IS ALSO CONSTRUCTION THAT STARTS NEXT DOOR EVERY SIX DAYS A WEEK 6:50AM!!!! There is NO WAY THAT you can sleep in past this time if you would like to unless you wear earplugs. Even on a freaking SATURDAY!!! The constant hammering, and sound of commercial vehicles backing up is enough to drive you crazy. It was a really sneaky trick also. They waited until this building filled up to break ground next door(it's the same company building another one of these crappy apartments), so once you're in here if you don't like the noise' Tough beans, you're stuck with it until your lease is over.

The neighbors make this place even worse. They constantly trash the area and have no respect for where they live. Everyday it's a common sight to see trash in the hallways.

All in all it's been a nightmare, between the construction on the place next door, the shoddy construction, and cheap appliances this is BY FAR the worst place to rent in of ALL TIME!!! AVOID this place like the plague. Don't be fooled by the low prices. There's a reason they are this low!!
