I'm actually the guy who wrote the 7/17/2007 post and find it humorous that every review that says, "YES - I recommend this place" doesn't really provide any REAL reasons for recommending.
Yes, the place has W/D in every unit.
Yes, the place is new.
Yes, the place looks decent (it's brand new)
Yes, the place is inexpensive.
Yes, the place has a great location & views.
But really...other than having these things, what is the quality of life like there' That's what each "YES - I recommend this place" review fails to convey: the quality of living.
I can tell you, it's ugly. I've been back there since I left and it's only gotten worse. Materials are just so cheap that it's embarrassing to look at. If you're looking to relive the good ol college days - it's the place for you. If you want somewhere with a bit higher quality of living...look elsewhere.
