I took the time to look around downtown and after living at the villages at curtis park i was quite impressed. Each apt has plenty of room and with plenty of insulation the noise is kept at a min. I dont know any place in town where when you share a wall with someone you dont hear a little noise (plus it keep the bills low) but all in all it is quite comfy. Within the commons there is bascilly a full gym with free weights and once the second portion of the complex is complete there will be shopping stores and a coffee shop a stones throw away.
The management is actively involved with tennats and provides a summer league softball team so that we all have the chance to meet our neighbor. They handle complaints and issues in a timely manner and they appear to actully care about how your doing. My suggestion, get on the waiting list now, once the entire project is finished there wont be any room for doubters.
oh yeah dont forget about the pool!!

This is obviously someone who is involved with the property. I was one of the first people to move in, and I've never heard a mention of a pool being constructed. Seriously who lives in a place and defends it this much. You must really really love a place and every resident that i've spoken with HATES living there. No need to get on the "waiting list" cuz i'm moving out in a few months. This is so obvioulsy a manager, because how would a current tenant even know there is a "waiting list" unless they are involved in the property. If they are giving the maintenence a five and noise a four they are being paid by someone...
