I've been living here for about six months and would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable, clean, and modern place to live. It has all of the features I was looking for (in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, balcony) for an affordable price. Its close to the grocery store (a plus when living so close to downtown), its a short walk to downtown and uptown, and includes parking. I'm a single women and feel very safe living here. It's the best deal I found in the downtown area. The only thing I wish it had is a pool.
