great apartment

Landlord is very nice. He is around and always willing to help. Apartment is secure with cameras and separate and locked public entrance. BBQ's are great because they are natural gas, so you never need to worry about running out of gas. Roof top patio. Location is great, one street from the Cherry Creek bike path which brings you to Auraria campus or downtown within 15 minutes.
