	Landlord is very nice. He is around and always willing to help. Apartment is secure with cameras and separate and locked public entrance. BBQ's are great because they are natural gas, so you never need to worry about running out ... more

	Very nice landlord, and manager. Super easy to deal with. Laundry on site, well kept and clean. Outdoor grills on each floor, patio on roof. Pet friendly.
