I have lived at Briarwood for almost 3 years and still love it. The maintenance in your apartment will be done in 1 to 2 days and sometimes even fast than that. The upkeep and appearance of the property seems to be a high priority for the staff here. They allow pets which is nice, although a dog run area would be great feature to the property and potential renters. If you need anything from the office they are always willing to bend over backwards to help me with any problems.
I for one would recommend this complex!!!!
