I am lucky enough not to have to deal with rude management allthough my car has been towed from here 3 times, the first time without warning, second after getting permision from management and the third becuase i guess they liked towing the car. I can?t afford to put a stereo in my car because it will be stolen within a week. I used to rent a 2bd for 750 a month, and after my lease was up i went to month to month for about 3 months. I decided to get a 1bd because i am no longer in need of a roomate and come to find out that because i am allready a current resident, pay my rent on time, and have good rental history with them I am charged an additional 40 $ a month. But, if i came in with no prior rental history I would not have to pay the $40. Wierd that you would be penalized for staying in good standings with a place and paying rent on time. As for the look of the place it is starting to get run down. There are far to many appts houseing well over the limit of people per house upwards to 10 residents living in a 2bd. The pool stinks of urin. But on a brighter note it is remarkably close to the freeway and they keep the grounds well maintained. at least the place looks nice.
