Management and Maintenence SUCK

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
We have only lived here for one year and already are looking forward to getting out. Unfortunatly, we have to wait another six months for that, despite having signed the 6month lease in May, it starts July1st.
Granted, the grounds are quite pretty and the apt itself is large(900sqft), but the management is the rudest I have ever seen! I hate going to the office because they make me feel like I'm intruding or inturrupting. It is nearly impossible to get maintenence here: oh sure, they show up in a day or two after the order, but they NEVER finish the job! Everything they do is done shoddily.
I am very glad I do not own a car, because the lots are crap and I do not like the look of the people who are often seen out there. Gun or firecracker noises are heard quite often closeby, and the noise level outside is absurd! DO NOT LIVE HERE! qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
