The new management that took over in July 2007 have made this the most miserable place to live. The old management was friendly. This new managment is rude, uncaring, and have made it a nightmare to live there. Everytime I have asked questions or made maintenace requests they have never been helpful. I was a good tenant who paid everything ontime, very quiet, and never gave any problems. After one year with this apartment I REFUSED to renew my lease. I would rather pay the moving expenses to move somewhere new then EVER deal with those people again. The customer service is TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!! The manager does NOT care about people at all!! She never had any time to discuss issues and did not treat me like a paying customer. I complained for months about the SAME maintenance issues and they were never fixed properly. The apartment was not clean when I moved in. It is very noisy because people let their children play in the halls and there are always firecracker noises outside my windows. I complained about the issues and the management did nothing about it. They threatened to tow my car because my plate stickers were 1 month expired!! I couldn't believe it!! They came into my apartment replaced my blinds without me asking and then left a notice that I had 3 days to pay $40 ONLY WITH A MONEYORDER!! How dare they do that!! They charged me for their improvements!! When I called to discuss this with the apartment manager she told me to deal with it then HUNG UP ON ME!! I was VERY UNHAPPY with the apartment office on several occasions. They do not care about you as an individual, they do not see you as a paying customer, they don't realize that they are losing money when they don't even try to keep the current paying tenants happy. I will never reccommend this place and I hope to warn some people as well.

TAKE MY ADVICE......RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THE BRIARWOOD APARTMENTS IN DENVER, COLORADO.
