This place is the most pathetic place I've ever seen! After 6 months of living here, I think maintenance may have FINALLY gotten my kitchen sink fixed. But not my dishwasher. Nor the leak that is coming from my bathroom ceiling. All they will do for that is "re-caulk" the upstairs neighbors bathtub and tell me "Well next time it would be nice if you called us while it was leaking so we could see it for ourselves." Since I had went down there and told management that it was actively leaking... they came up 4 hours later. NOT MY PROBLEM! Hmmmm, found an abundance of mold growing under the kitchen sink from all of the leaks that they could never fix, they got mad at me and told me it was my fault! HOW'!' Noticed that when maintenance came to fix the mold - they used an extremely "stenchy" chemical and did not open a single window while working on it! Also after they "fixed" the mold - one of my kitchen knives was/is missing. Daily occurrences in an average working person's life seem to bother neighbors, but the gun shots - kids running up and down the stairs and through the hallways or the extremely loud bass from cars in the parking lot don't. There are lots of incredibly rude people here. The children that run around here are absolutely disrespectful in every manner. Most of them are home all day and all night as well. Aggressive dogs are walked off-leash around little children. The 2 bars across the street don't make for good weekend either. The blaring stereo systems in the cars outside that rattle your windows so bad you feel like they are just going to shatter, and if that happens... guess what' your paying for them!!!! The management is incredibly rude and are not on the same page as each other. I do not recommend this place to a solitary sole, especially if you have children! RUN AND RUN FAST!!!!!

totaly agree i live her also,and what your saying,by the way the leak in ceiling make it aware to you there is asbestosis in the ceilings and ita a health risk,,,thats probly my they wont fix it,it will cost hundreds of dollars to have hassmat come it to seal it off BY LAW!!!!!!!!
