Upsides: utilities and parking are included in the rent, staff is friendly, Flexible lease terms, downtown living at a fairly reasonable price, the noise levels aren't bad for the set-up, My neighbor has screaming kids on the weekends and blares his radio, I can barely hear this although one of my pics fell off the wall. Parking for friends is adequate, they allow pets and have recently added a small dog run, they have recently just cleaned the community room, cleaned up the gym and cleaned the carpets in my hallway as well as put new flooring in the elevators.

Downsides: Across from the Denver Rescue Mission so there are prostitutes, drugdealers and bums running around, alot of the tenants don't take care of the common area, elevators, hallways; if you lose any property loaned to you at move in (keys, parking pass) be prepared to fork over big $$$, tenant parking can get a little scarce at times, tenants don't properly care for their dogs and the poor things sometimes relieve themselves in the hallway, elevator. Also if you forget or lose your keys there is a $25 charge to have the maintenance guy come and let you back in if the office is closed.

Overall a decent place to live for the money--keep in mind these are rent restricted so you get some interesting tenants in the building.
