Been Here From the Start

Well as for the other postings I can't speak for them, but I have been here since the building was built and I am happy here.
Granted the mission is close but go to 16th street mall and you have the same thing. This is urban living people, not Littleton. The bums are seen but not heard and tend to stay by the mission and not the building.
As far as the person who wrote about charges for losing stuff.... ok well how old are you. When you lose something it usually costs money to replace. Lock out fees are only $25, and I think that is great. I have lived at other properties were they make you call a lock smith and thats $190 OUCCH! I'll take $25.
The management is the same I believe but the people have change once. That fat ass that is spoken off no longer works there. Acutally there are 2 great ladies, who are very accomidating. The noise levels in the building are great if you ask me. The concrete between units allows little or no noise to get through. I've never heard my neighbors, maybe Im just lucky but who knows.
When I moved in, in Aug. of 05 my concessions were laid out very clear to me, and to not be able to understand them doesn't seem like the managements fault. Anyone who has been apartment shopping knows if more than one concession is offered it usually means you get one or the other not both. As for the laundry card, that isn't even the buildings problem. An outside company runs the machines, (Ive called them when it ate my card) so yeah who care if it is a minimum of $5. It is a total of $2.50 to wash and dry anyways. (Its not like you aren't going to use that other $2.50 ever)!
This building was new construction when I moved in and it is currently only 2 yrs old but I understand that with new contruction comes problems. I feel the building managers have done what they can. We all know nothing happens over night. The walls are lightly painted but the building lets you paint your loft(which I have done)and as long as your not tossing yourself against the wall it seems not to be an issue, at least for me anyways. The interiors are nice and black appliances are always a plus. The units are nice, and kept very well.
