The building is almost brand new, concrete floors and ceilings mean you never hear you neighbors below and above you. Although the walls in between apartments are not as soundproof. The staff here are top notch, i've never had a problem with maintenance issues, they would always arrive within a couple hours to fix the problem.

Some downsides are the neighborhood (borderline 5-points and Jesus Saves) and the behavior of some of the residents.

Overall I recommend this property, it's hard to beat the price for living downtown. Either you could stay in some shitbox or you can stay here and laugh when you hear about the guy two blocks away paying $1600/mo. for the same thing.
