My husband and I moved from California and moved into an apartment complex before moving into Broadway Plaza Lofts. We were treated horribly. We assumed that was what it was coing to be like here in Colorado. Then we found Broadway Plaza Lofts. We are treated so well by the friendly and helpful management and staff. They know you by name here. It's great. Our apartment is very well maintained and if we have a maintenance issue they take care of it so quick and efficently you don't even remember you had a problem to begin with. The lobby, community room and hallways are very well maintained and clean. I am very happy with the safety here as well. As long as people follow the rules and don't let strangers inbehind them it is very safe. Even if they do, you need an access card to get to any floor in the building so that's very safe. I would reccomend this complex to anyone and I have. If you would like an affordable, well maintained safe and friendly place to live, this is the place for you!!!
