Okay so I was with the Broadway Plaza Lofts for about four years. I have to say that my first year there wasn't the best. Not only was the staff unappealing but very very unprofessional. It was that you were either on their good side or on the their bad side. Nothing was in between. I kept to myself for the most part and luckily wasn't one to have problems with the staff but still it was pretty bad. They were letting in anything and everything to live there just to fill up the place. The maintenance on the property was never kept up and it began to be for me a depressing time of my life because it was what I wanted to call home but couldn't. I felt like a middle class professional living with and in trash! A few years went by and we started noticing things, the building began to change. It was now being up kept, dog poop was being picked up, the carpets were being cleaned about every two weeks, the hallways began to smell good, the elevators started working and were cleaned the people in the building started to look like middle class students and professionals. Things really changed for the better! It was like it had transformed into a totally different place. The staff looks like a professional team that you would expect to see in a place such as this! Even the maintenance crew looked great and does an exceptional job! I m sad that this staff wasn't here the entire time that we were, but the important thing is that things changed for the better and if someone was looking for an affordable place to live downtown I would recommend the Broadway Plaza Lofts now! Without a doubt it is so much better and will continue to rise!! The potential that it had has now shown through and will continue showing what it has to those who are looking for the city life!
