The staff is very rude and not people friendly. They are nasty if you question your lease. I asked them once about the parking policy and they got all pissy and told me to leave the office and since I had already signed the parking agreement they dont have to show me the parking rules or give me a copy of them. They also told me "it doesn't matter what the lease says, our company policy is blah, bla, blah". They think the lease only applies to tennants, not landlords. These people are very rude. Needless to say, I'm talking to a lawyer. These Same people also run the Blake street apartments, still the same poor service. I will say, if your poor and need to live in the city, then maybe their headaches would be worthit....maybe. I practice what I preach...I'm looking to get out of my lease ASAP. I do not think these people are worth the headache.

I agree with you 100%. I had my car towed because of expired tags, the car was still insured and it wasn't a nuisance. I was never warned about my car being towed and a month later when I went to the garage I saw my car was gone. I went to the office to ask and the response I got was "It's not my problem". I looked over my lease and sure enough they can tow you for expired tags. 3k down the drain and no hopes of getting it back. I'm afraid to buy another car because they might tow that one too. This is just one of the many problems the tenants and I face while living in this god for saken ---- hole for the last 5 months.

I totally agree with the statements. Jackie Banales is a complete Bi*%h, who takes your money and wont give reasons as two why. I'm with this person, I contacted a Lawyer and CHAFA 303)2972432
