Out of all the places i've lived in this is my least favorite. If you just want to live downtown at a decent price and don't care too much about where you live the broadway plaza lofts are for you. As far as the apartments themselves, the hallways stink and are unkept, the elevators aren't much better. It's pretty dirty. They don't clean the apartments well before you move in, therefore the carpets and countertops are stained, chipped, etc. Forget about storage all together. The a/c only cools down the room your in. This place is just mediocre. I'll leave it at that.
