Broadway is a great place to live but yes it's really getting bad here with graffiti and drug dealers and homeless people up and down in the building. Maintanence is the only people who really care about this place always dealing with all the drama.The new managers don't care about nothing but gossip i have put lot's of request for my lights and garbage disposal and they don't do nothing so i have to go and find the maintanence guys my self. But other than that a great place to live just needs better management. I Know Todd and the new so called assistant manager will be wondering who wrote this it's your favorite resident in 80' hmmm..

Agreed, Jackie would post her own comments because she has two many complaints about her. I've just contacted CHAFA about the psychopath named Jackie who is a flat out B$%ch.

Personaly I've never had an issue with the asst manager, Victoria, or the leasing gil Rachel. But Jackie and Todd deffinatly are taking this place to the ground.

Regardless.... This building is much better than in the past, as a single women living here, I feel very secure!
