Beautiful view if you want to look at the homeless. I have been here a year and they have never cleaned the hall carpets. $806 is not that cheap. The leasing staff (except Jackie)are morons and thrive on resident gossip. The maintenace guys never do any work except yammer. They are LAZY. They should study 1600 Glenarm and see what a classy place looks like.

Are you crazy? The views are spectacular! From the 9th floor common area and workout room, you see a view of the whole city and mountains. Plus, I see the maintence guys working every day when I go to work- so, clearly you are wrong about that. This may not be the Ritz-Carlton, but it is an awesome location- like 3 blocks to Coors Field- it's cheap, and it's got cool views!
