i will have to admit when i first looked at the Broadway plaza i was very concerned about the homeless across the street, but after moving in i found that this is not a problem and they don't bug anyone that lives here. as far as living here i could not be happier. i live in a studio apt on the 8th floor and i have awesome neighbors that are quit and very courteous to all their neighbors. i re-signed another 1 year lease in Aug and will continue to sign a new lease for the years to come..

as far as all the poor reviews posted here are most likely punk kids that got kick out or their parents cut them off from paying the little bastards rent.

i wish i found this place when i moved here 3 yrs ago.
