And the staff is anything but professional, and what happened to all of the black people that used to work and live there! It seems racism against ------ is common with the new property manager!

I really dont think this place has anything too do with what color you are. They just dont give a S... about anyone here. Now that there is no Manager that live on here, They just show up for work get a paycheck and then go home to there safe heaven. When you ask anyone of them on how we can made this plac safer for those who pay there rent on time, You get no good response, It is usually, well I will give that messenge to Jackie. And that is as far as it gones. I have try to call the person that is over Jackie and left 2 voice mail with them and they dont call you back. So there is noone who cares about our safty and concerns. SO for you to say where is all the Black people, Maybe they were smart all got the hell out of here. That makes then smarter then you and I. RIGHT???

You know I've considered your response a great deal, but what I was talking about is the people who used to work there. I just remember a good mix of people(black, white, Latino) then when the new manager came along it just seemed a little weird, that many of the people lost there jobs, now I'm not saying just one location but all locations. Further more, I find it weird that the population, has changed of renters co en siding with the people who lost there jobs. Now I don't know the reasons as to why people got fired, but I do think the coincidence is uncanny. Also maybe they are smarter than those of us who stayed, I can't honestly say!!! But one thing is that I loved the wide range of people who lived there, and that population has changed. I also agree with you they do not give a S... about anybody or anything!

you have a problem with white people? who's the racist now. that seems pretty "ignant" you want to only live or work with black people, then go to the hood and get out of downtown.."The population has Changed" What? ALL WHITE, PEOPLE WITH MONEY. your post makes me sick and thats whats wrong with the "------- americans" today, OMG stay away from the white person.. GO ---- OFF.. i have friends that are black and they say the same thing, keep your ass in the ghetto if you dont like white people..
