I've lived here since January and I love it here. There has been a few changes in the office staff but it seems to have gotten better. The new Manager Todd is nice, pretty friendly, Shannon the leasing girl is always very helpful, and Victoria the assistant is great, I was a few days late on paying rent this month because my unemployment check got screwed up and she was very understanding and easy to work with.
I love my apartment, I love the view, I can bbq grill on the roof when friends come over. My only complaint is the homeless people that stay in the park across the stret, but I guess thats just part of living down town, there isnt really much anyone can do about that.
I would and have suggested this place to friends. I've actually refered two friends who live here now and they love it too!!!

The fact that a person that receives unemployment checks lives here should tip you off on the type of residents at this pit

If your looking for a nice "quiet neighborhood" full of rich folks and no homeless people then move to the suburbs. It is downtown, ofcourse their is going to be homeless people! I guess everyone forgot to notice that the homeless shelter is right across the street. There is always going to be nightlife in downtown and if you can't deal with it then don't move here.
